Paul is married to Janis with two boys, Luke and Lewis and daughter in-law Abby. He committed himself to climbing the corporate ladder at Unilever for 27 years before God called him to serve the poor with FH. He feels amazingly privileged to serve the least the lost and the marginalised through this wonderful organisation.

Ian is a chartered accountant and joined FH in 2013, following a career in business and finance with large multinationals.  He is married to Rachel and they have two children. He is an active member of Hope Church Beaconsfield and is particularly involved with helping the church reach out to the local community.

Sarah joined FH in 2016 bringing with her over 14 years of experience in the charity sector – including time spent living and working overseas in Africa and Asia. Having gained her degree in Charity Management later in life, she is now committed to making a difference through awareness and fund raising activities.

Martin lives in Gerrard’s Cross with his wife Jane and they attend the local Anglican parish church. In 2010, after many years as an engineer in the oil and gas industry, he joined FH. He initially worked in the international Internal Communications and Emergency Response teams and was latterly a member of the International Council.

Child Sponsorship

Married couple Graham and Jessica have been volunteers for Food for the Hungry UK since 2007. Their role is to liaise between sponsors and their children, in the various communities in which FH is working. This can be through emails, letters, cards and occasional gifts. Having lived in Beaconsfield for many years they moved to Hampshire in 2015.

A retired healthworker, Jan has been volunteering with FH within the communications team since 2016. Her main focus is maintaining our supporter database but can turn her hand well to any task asked of her. She is married to Danny and has two sons.

James started volunteering within the communications team in 2017. As an aspiring novelist, James is putting his writing skills to use helping to provide us with copy for our resources. Originally from Bristol, he moved to Yorkshire to marry our very own Sarah earlier this year.

Aiden joined our team in 2017, having graduated from Loughborough University with his degree in Maths and Computer Science. Having grown up in Zambia as the child of missionary parents, he now works full time for a Meadowhead Christian Fellowship, a local church in south Sheffield, and runs his own IT company, Curious Gecko IT Solutions.

Peter Howard

Peter serves within  FH as Chief International Operations Officer.  His primary role is to be chief listener and advocate for those serving on the front lines. He enjoys conversations, friendships and the pursuit of beauty, goodness and truth.

Thea has served on the FHUK board since 2015, offering help and expertise in Marketing and Communications.  She passionately believes in the power of media to affect change and applies this principle to all of her projects.  Formerly BAFTA’s Head of Communications and Director of Content at MediaCom, she is currently Exec Creative Director for Latimer Group.
